By accessing or using QRFixer (operated under the AI InnoCore network), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our web utilities immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and commercial organizations accessing our tools.

2. 100% User Copyright Ownership

We believe creators must own their creations. You retain 100% full copyright ownership over all visual assets, barcode matrices, vector SVG files, PNG graphics, and printable PDF documents generated through this platform.

You are completely free to use generated assets for personal, non-profit, educational, and commercial purposes—including retail product packaging, physical restaurant table tents, marketing billboards, and enterprise merchandise—without paying royalties, licensing fees, or providing attribution to QRFixer or AI InnoCore.

3. User Liability for Encoded & Destination URLs

You are solely and strictly responsible for the content, text, and destination URLs you encode into static codes or configure within dynamic redirect codes. QRFixer acts purely as an automated technical processing utility and does not review, endorse, or verify destination websites before they are created.

You expressly agree that you will not use this platform to encode, redirect to, or distribute:

• Phishing schemes, credential-harvesting pages, or deceptive financial scams.
• Malware, spyware, ransomware, or malicious downloadable executables.
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, illegal narcotics, or unlawful activities.
• Materials that infringe upon third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights.

4. Scam Takedown & Permanent Purge Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against malicious behavior. If any dynamic short code generated through our system is found to violate our acceptable use standards or is flagged by cyber threat intelligence feeds, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the redirection link, purge the record from our database, and permanently blacklist the destination domain without prior notice or liability.

Under no circumstances shall AI InnoCore, its founders, operators, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services—including but not limited to physical printing costs, packaging reprint expenses, lost business revenue, or data interruption.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect technical enhancements or regulatory compliance updates. Continued use of our tools after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
