What It Does
QRFixer Bulk Studio is an enterprise-grade, in-browser batch processing engine that transforms spreadsheets into hundreds of high-resolution matrix barcodes. Designed for marketing teams, warehouse supervisors, and event coordinators, this tool processes standard comma-separated values (CSV) or pasted text lists asynchronously on your local machine. Each row is translated into a standalone image file, formatted to your exact visual specifications, and compiled into a single organized ZIP archive ready for immediate deployment.
How to Use It
- Prepare Your Data: Create a CSV file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any text editor with two columns: one for destination data (URLs or serial codes) and an optional column for custom file names. Alternatively, click Paste Plain Text List to paste lines directly.
- Upload Your File: Drag and drop your CSV into the upload area. The system automatically reads column headers and maps data fields.
- Configure Style & Resolution: Choose your preferred dot pattern (Square, Rounded, or Dots), image dimensions (up to 1200 pixels), and export format (lossless PNG or vector SVG).
- Generate & Download ZIP: Click Generate & Download ZIP. Watch real-time batch progress as each code is drawn offscreen and compressed into your final archive.
Who It Is For
This utility is built for warehouse inventory managers cataloging thousands of shelf locations, event organizers generating unique attendee badge passes, retail product packaging teams creating individualized serial tags, and digital agencies deploying multi-link promotional campaigns without recurring software subscriptions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a limit to how many QR codes I can generate at once?
Because all processing runs on your local computer memory, you can comfortably process hundreds of codes in a single batch. For optimal performance on standard laptops, we recommend batches of 100 to 500 items per CSV file.
How should my CSV file be formatted?
Your CSV should contain at least one column with the destination text or web URL. If you provide a second column (such as "Name" or "SKU"), the generator will automatically use those values to name your individual output image files (e.g., SKU-1001.png).
Are my spreadsheet records uploaded to your servers?
No. PapaParse and JSZip parse, render, and compress your files directly in client-side memory. Your customer lists, internal asset identifiers, and private URLs never leave your computer.
Can I download bulk codes in vector SVG format?
Yes. Select Vector SVG from the image output format dropdown to receive an archive of infinitely scalable vector files ideal for commercial prepress and product packaging.
Do static bulk codes generated here ever expire?
No. Static QR codes encode data permanently into the pixel matrix. They remain functional indefinitely without server dependencies or subscription renewals.
Is this bulk generator free for commercial business use?
Yes. You can generate unlimited codes for commercial products, retail inventory, and corporate marketing campaigns at 100% free cost.
